Dark Chocolate

If I were to eat a small piece (14g) of dark chocolate every day, I think that I would eat it in the morning because that is when my blood sugar would the lowest.  I tried this once, and it didn’t work because I couldn’t resist eating more than 14g  per day.   (Studies showed that 14g prevented high blood pressure and stroke, but more than 14g  per day caused weight gain due to the excess sugar.)
