I ate at Fuddruckers one time when I lived in Utah. I remember the food being good but more expensive. I didn't have much reason to go back.
According to Google Maps, the chain is no longer in Utah. I only see 20 locations in North America, seven of which are in Texas, with most being in the west.
I would hate to be in the restaurant business. It is way too competitive.
